Jane Cavagnero is a marketing and brand strategist with a deep passion for regenerative agriculture and a dedication to storytelling that drives change. As Chief Marketing Officer at Mad Agriculture, she leads brand strategy, communications, and media to elevate the voices of farmers and environmental storytellers.
Her background spans marketing, media production, and food systems, with experience in nonprofit leadership, farm operations, and visual storytelling. From her work for a Boulder-Based photographer, to her field work for HipCamp, Jane has been working to intersect her visual inclination with her dedication to addressing the climate crisis. Her career has been shaped by a commitment to food, land, and culture—whether through directing farm-to-table dining experiences, developing sustainability reports, or producing media that highlights the intersection of agriculture and climate.
Jane holds a Master’s in Sustainable Food Systems from CU Boulder and a Bachelor’s in International Political Economy from Colorado College. She was awarded a 2016 Keller Family Venture Grant to explore food culture in Cartagena, Colombia, and has contributed to sustainability assessments for organizations such as Hokunui Maui and ENGAGE Delta County.
When she’s not working, Jane can usually be found outside with her dog, perfecting her pizza-making skills, or obsessing over finishing a good puzzle.
