Our organization functions like a fast-paced, mission-oriented startup—we balance work and play (and really, really good food) with a deeply rooted commitment to creating services and products that meet the deepest needs of the farmers, ranchers and lands that we serve. If you, too, feel called to join the revolution and see a position below that is in alignment, we would love to hear from you!

Wilding Manager

The Wilding Manager will work directly with farmers and landowners in Wisconsin’s Driftless Region to build trust-based relationships and bring regenerative land management projects to life. This position combines ecological expertise, farm financial analysis, and project coordination to help landowners transition marginal acres into perennial systems and wildlife habitat, while connecting them to funding through USDA programs and emerging ecosystem service markets. If you have a background in conservation or agricultural technical assistance, deep roots in SW Wisconsin, and a passion for building something new, this is a rare opportunity to help pioneer a replicable model for landscape-scale conservation.
